Welcome to the page with news and information for the 17 and under crowd. Here you will find information on classes, with links to class specifications, and programs strictly for you. We would also like to include your club news and events. Please contact us with this information and we will be happy to include it.
18 classes at its' horse shows for junior riders 17 and under including academy pleasure and equitation classes. There are many other classes youth may enter which are not prohibitive.

Junior Judging is a program sponsored by the American Saddlebred Horse Association and will be offered at our "B" shows. Points will be awarded toward season-end high-point plaques. All participants will judge a certain number of classes.They will receive points based on how close they come to the judges' selections. This is an educational experience for all youth 18 & under attending our shows. Please check at the horse show office for entry instructions. Participants do not have to be exhibitors at the show. Junior Judging will be offered on Sundays at all of the IASPHA shows.

The American Saddlebred International Youth Program (ASIYP) is a multilevel program open to any youth 21 years of age and under. It makes no difference where you live, as the program is open to youth anywhere in the world. The ASIYP website will provide you an outline of what ASIYP has to offer.
You are not required to own a horse to participate in ASIYP!
